2008 Tournament Registration

We are currently preparing for the 3rd Annual Patrick McGovern & Ryan Stevens Memorial Basketball Tournament. The first two tournaments were great successes, thanks to the kindness and generosity of our sponsors and supporters. This event is more than just a basketball tournament and fund-raiser; it is an opportunity for all to come together to have fun and to celebrate life, love and friendship, while remembering two very special young men in our lives.

• The game format is 3 on 3, half-court basketball
• We'll have the following divisions:

• The registration fee is $60 for each 3-member team
• All teams must pre-register by Saturday, June 7 - no walkins will be allowed
• All players will receive a T-shirt. 1st place teams will receive awards.
• Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008 (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• At the College of the Holy Cross - 1 College Street, Worcester, MA 01610 (in the field house)

Player Waiver Form

In order to play in the tournament, every player must bring a signed copy of the player waiver form. Players under the age of 18 must bring the form, signed by their parent or legal guardian. Click here for a copy of the waiver form - use the File/Print function in your browser to print the form, fill it out, and bring it with you to the tournament.
